We’ve made the big decision to move away from seed oils, most notably by frying exclusively in beef tallow and olive oil. It’s not the easiest choice as tallow shortening is a little harder to work with, but it’s the right one. This change aligns with our commitment to thoughtful sourcing and delivering the quality that defines us. And, of course, it tastes incredible.
