We’re famous for serving up the best cheesesteaks, hoagies, loaded fries, and more, all made with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.

Founded in 2020, Cheat’s Cheesesteaks spent a year and a half popping up all over Charlotte, including at Panthers Stadium, before opening our first brick and mortar restaurant in 2022 at 913 Pecan Avenue, alongside Rico’s Acai and Villani’s Bakery. A second Cheat’s location opened in South End off the Rail Trail in 2024. We pride ourselves on delivering friendly, quality service, ensuring a warm welcome with every order.

Enjoy our food to-go or on-site at our patio and shared picnic tables. We take dietary needs seriously, with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Our commitment to authenticity means sourcing bread from Liscio’s Bakery, using Certified Angus Beef Ribeye, and offering a range of cheese, including our favorite, Cheez Whiz.
