At Cheat’s, we’ve redefined the classic cheesesteak to serve a product that is delicious, mindful, and distinctly our own.

Since our founding in 2020, Cheat’s has grown from local pop-ups and Panthers Stadium appearances to two brick-and-mortar locations. Today, we continue our mission to craft a premium product through a chef-driven approach built on made-from-scratch ingredients, and thoughtful local partnerships.

We partner with Manolo’s Bakery for fresh, daily-baked semolina rolls and use premium proteins in our Cheesesteaks including Sweet Lew’s BBQ brisket, thin-cut ribeye, and Springer Mountain Farms chicken. Cheat’s is committed to reducing the use of seed oils in our product, offering Cooper’s Sharp White American cheese and using beef tallow or olive oil exclusively for frying. These are just a few of the practices that set us apart.
